Product information
All Dresses & Pins pieces are made in Lithuania and are ready to ship. Clothing pieces are produced in limited edition. All pieces of jewelry are handmade and one of a kind.

Order
Choose the Products, then click ‘Purchase’ button. Enter your payment information and delivery address. Make a payment. We send you order confirmation letter by email as soon as the payment has been proceeded.

Payment
Follow the instructions and choose the method of payment. You can choose PayPal or card payment.

Shipping
All orders are shipped within 3 business days after the payment is received. Delivery is worldwide. All shipments are tracked.
You can choose between standard shipping and express shipping. Standard shipping via post office can take up to 5 weeks to deliver depending on the region. Express shipping via courier service usually takes up to 5 business days.
If you don’t receive your parcel, please contact us and we will do everything we can to locate it. If your parcel is lost in transit, we will make a refund or send you a new item.
Dresses&Pins is not responsible for the situations, when the parcel is lost or returned back because of wrong address given. Please give us the correct address.
Dresses&Pins is not responsible for any duties, taxes and fees that may be applied by the destination country. Please contact your local customs for more information.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days after delivery. Please contact us at info@dressesandpins.com within those 14 days, quote your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. Returned items must be in an undamaged, functional, complete state and in undamaged, original packaging. Items must be unworn and not used for photos/photoshoots and all tags must be attached. Shipping costs of returned items, including items for exchange, are at the buyer’s expense and will not be refunded. The refund will be made or new item sent when the item is delivered back to seller.

Dresses & Pins guarantees that all your personal data collected during purchase will be used only for processing your online orders and all related processes such as shipping, returns, delivery related problems etc. All customer information is stored on secured databases and will never be given to third parties.
